By creating an account or using the Silverblock service ("Silverblock", "we", "us", or "the Service"), you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws.
The Service is currently provided in a beta capacity and is offered on an "as is" basis. Features, functionality, data accuracy, and availability may change without notice. You acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, errors, or omissions, and that information displayed may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
Silverblock provides read-only tracking and analytics for blockchain wallet addresses you choose to add to your account. The Service does not custody your assets, hold private keys, or have the ability to move, sign, or transact on your behalf. You retain full control of your wallets at all times.
The Service relies on third-party data providers, including DeBank, to display on-chain positions, tokens, and transactions. We do not control these providers and make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data sourced from them. You should independently verify any information before making financial decisions.
The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any information displayed is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any investment or financial decisions you make based on information from the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service; (d) use automated means to access the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information about you. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data displayed will be accurate.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SILVERBLOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by following the deletion process in your account settings. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent modification.
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the DIFC.
